Blu Pig Bar B Que I scrumptious. This is the best Bar B Que that I've had in this area. The food was fresh and not over cooked. We got our little piggy bellies full after a day of hiking Canyonlands. Next time I hope to go when a blues band is playing.
Went here for an early dinner on a Friday around 530PM. Lots of seating available in the booths. We got the brisket sandwich (incredible sauce) with hush puppies and Garden burger (vegetarian) with sweet potato fries. Both were extremely tasty, including the ancho Chile mayo on the side and the BBQ sauce available at the table. We easily finished 2oz of the BBQ sauce haha. Very friendly staff.
The food here is excellent. We've had the Philly, Tri tip sandwich the pulled pork nachos, fries, and cheeseburger. Fast, hot, generous portions. Great service!
Excellent food and drinks. We had one of each of the drink specials. Very good. Service was superb. Great conversation and just all around good time. Bbq sauces at the table were pretty good. Burnt ends are cooked perfectly. Catfish was good but kinda bland. Baked beans were hot and had meat chunks in it. Not spicy hot. We will be back for sure. We live 3 hrs out. Well worth it!
The food was amazing! The live blues music was an added treat. Our waitress and the entire staff displayed exceptional service. We will be back on our next trip to Moab.
This is my favorite place in town for BBQ!! All of the meats are cooked perfectly and it's hard to choose what you want to eat. The vibe is very fun with either the live music or recorded music (blues). The drink menu is pretty good with delicious cocktails, specials are definitely worth it!
Note that if you goto the restaurant and order alcohol you must also order food it's a utah law. You can goto the bar and just get alcohol but note that they do not open until 4pm and then there is live music.
We stopped in for dinner and sat in the bar area because we wanted to hear the live music. The music was excellent. Our server was friendly. The food was delicious. Glad we checked it out. The half of a sweet potato was a little weird but the picture doesn’t really do it any justice. It was a massive sweet potato.
